 2008 Manufacturer of the Year Nominations are now available for the Pittsburgh Business Times' 2008 Manufacturer of the Year Awards. The presenting sponsor for this program is Alpern Rosenthal. Sponsors include: Catalyst Connections, Tucker Arensberg and Robert Morris University. These awards will honor manufacturing companies in three categories - small, medium and large. We will also select one company for a new award, "Sustainable Manufacturing," honoring the creation of sustainable products, processes or methods. This category will cover anything a manufacturer might do to expand sustainability, from an energy-efficient building to a break-through product. The 2008 Manufacturer of the Year Awards will be presented on Dec. 4, 2008 at a gala ceremony at the Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh. Winners and finalists will also be showcased in a Dec. 5 supplement to the Pittsburgh Business Times. To request a nomination form, please fill out the contact information below.
