Juvenile Executions on Rise in Iran
This Wednesday, Iran -- the only country to execute a juvenile
offender this year -- ut to death Behnam Zare for a crime he committed
as a minor, reports a human rights onitor, noting that this is Iran's
sixth execution of a juvenile offender in 2008.
