Prices and clock speeds of the first processors built on Intel's new Nehalem microarchitecture have now been published in several online reviews as the chip giant prepares to launch the first of these chips later in November.

Trojan Steals Bank Log-ins, Financial Data from Thousands
The Sinowal Trojan has stolen roughly 300,000 bank log-ins and a similar number of credi and debit card numbers according to RSA FraudAction Research Lab. RSA reported finding a treasure trove of financial data stolen by the Trojan, which uses rootkit functionality to infect a PC's master boot record, allowing it to slip by malware defenses.

IBM Sues to Block Executive from Moving to Apple
IBM is suing Mark Papermaster, former vice president of IBM's Blade Development unit, to prevent him from accepting a position at Apple. IBM says Papermaster's move goes against a noncompete agreement.
