Craft supplies: the gift that lasts all yearSarah's gift idea would keep kids of all ages entertained all year: With the holidays around the corner I was on the lookout for long-lasting gifts for my two and a half year old son. He loves crafts, so I came up with the idea of ordering a bunch of inexpensive, creative craft supplies (They're cheap when ordered in bulk, I ordered from orientaltrading.com). I bought a huge assortment of wiggle eyes, feathers, wooden craft sticks, felt, pompoms, foam shapes, pipe cleaners, etc. and am going to put them in a huge "craft basket" to give him for Christmas. I even saved some mismatched socks to use for puppets. The whole kit only cost $35 and will give him months of imaginitive entertainment.
