Making Stuffed Burgers
The best way to dress up your burgers is by stuffing the patties with flavor (and cheese). You can do this by adding to the ground meat and mixing it all together but you frequently end up with a patty that falls apart on the grill. The best method is to make stuffed burgers, patties stuffed with anything you want deep inside then grilled to perfection. All you need is a grill, some ground meat, and as much imagination as you can muster.

Grilling Eggplant
The often misunderstood eggplant is a great source of fiber, low in calories and the perfect ingredient to many dishes. It works as a great alternative to meats and can be used to fill in many dishes.

About Hamburgers
Probably the most popular grilled food, this most common of foods has a great history and endless versatility. Put down those fast-food burgers and put together a real sandwich that is more than just a meal.

Top Picks - Top 10 Gas Grills under $250  from your   Guide
The top ten gas grills under $250 on the market. If you are looking to purchase a new grill for no more than $250 (based on typical sales price) then these are the ones you should be looking at. You get what you pay for, so don't expect these grills to last forever or cook well, but they should serve you for a couple of years and do an okay job of grilling burgers and hot dogs.

1) Broil Mate 13024 Gas Grill
There are a lot of low cost grills on the market these days. Unfortunately most of these grills are very low in quality as well. This Broil-Mate grill may not be fancy or high quality but for the price (as low as $155USD in some places) it is a well built grill with a cast aluminum body and a dual control burner (dual zone cooking). This grill certainly won't last forever but it will outlast most any comparably priced unit. If you don't have a lot to spend then you owe it to yourself to seek this grill out.

2) Char-Broil 2-Burner Gas Grill (Model #463611809)
This is one of the bottom of the line for the Char-Broil gas grills. This particular version sells exclusively at Sears Stores. What you get is a single burner, dual zone gas grill. While the heat output of is okay the evenness isn't. On the other hand this grill sells for $119USD, which is a price that is hard to beat. These days this is the bottom end of gas grills so if this is the most you can afford you may consider it, but don't expect much. The thin body won't hold in the heat so you can't get a lot of versatility. As a basic burger burner it is an okay grill, but watch out for the flare-ups.

3) Brinkmann 2-Burner Gas Grill Model #810-9201-S
This is about as basic a gas grill as you are going to get. For about $100 you get two burners in a metal box. That's it. Of course the advantage is that this grill has few parts to fail. Of course this grill lacks quality as much as it does feature. The burners are lightweight, poor grade metal and will probably only last a year or two. On the other hand, for the price you can get a grill for the season that will do a decent job of grilling burgers and hot dogs. Don't expect it to cook well. The heat is low and uneven, but you can't beat the price.

Lazy BBQ
bbq should only be done with charcoal or lump wood........ not gas or electric. lazy people shouldn't be bbqing......theres no challenge in plugging in a smoker and letting it do all the work. you mite as well put on a dress, and paint your nails. stop buying store bought bbq sauce and make your own..
