We've also got cool things to do in Utah, and some eyebrow-raising report cards for cruise lines.   In the Spotlight Halloween Train Rides Kids love choo-choos, and more and more tourist railroads are running themed holiday trains. Christmas train rides are the main type, but Halloween trains are pulling out of the station too.
