Family Vacations In the Spotlight | More Topics |   from Teresa Plowright I'm pretty sure Halloween's going to become an official holiday season soon: October, clearly, is now Halloween month; and just recently someone in an email wished me "a safe and scary Halloween Season." Meanwhile, around the world, countries that didn't pay much attention to Halloween are starting up their own festivities. It may soon make sense to plan trips around Halloween events.   In the Spotlight Halloween Around The World A round-up of celebrations far and wide: this week, About.com's Guide for Hotels has a "blog carnival" about Halloween festivities -- from Dracula's haunts in Romania to Pumpkin Parade in Japan, Halloween in the UK, France, Italy...
