The second outpost of the beloved, sibling-owned Hollywood taqueria is equally gaudy, with a pink exterior and brightly-colored art imported straight from Mexico, plus a menu that includes burritos and tacos stuffed w/ options like grilled chili-marinated pork, shrimp w/ Veracruz cole slaw, and chicken in a mole sauce made from a recipe that's supposedly 114 years old -- like Abe Vigoda, 36 years ago.

From the guys behind h. wood comes the relaunch of this '90s-era clubstaurant, re-upped w/ vintage Spanish tiles and brass lined moldings. Though they'll soon feature a full menu indoors, for now they're just slinging tacos from an outdoor stand stuffed w/ guac, queso fresco, lettuce, and your choice of carne asada, spiced braised chicken, seasonal grilled vegetables, or short ribs, which you'll also receive from your friends if you order the seasonal grilled vegetables.
