 | BHADOHI, India (UPI) -- Indian authorities said they were looking for the driver of a truck that struck a bus, killing one person and injuring 17 others.
Three of the injured were in critical condition at a hospital, the Press Trust of India reported.
The truck struck a bus headed from Vidhyachal to Jaunpur and the truck's driver then fled the scene, police said.

The trash revolt began when the government started enlarging a dumping site near Terzigno, which is near Mount Vesuvius, The New York Times reported.

Continue Reading... Post a Comment | Share | Print BRUSSELS (UPI) -- Iran has agreed to meet with European Union officials to discuss its nuclear program, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said.
Ashton said at a summit in Brussels she received a letter from Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, Saeed Jalili, agreeing to meet after Nov. 10, the BBC reported.
Ashton had previously invited Jalili to hold talks in Vienna Nov. 15-17.
Iran's offer to resume talks is a "very significant move," she said.

Heavy rain and high tides made it difficult for boats to deliver supplies.
