Reward offered in Manila grenade attack MANILA, Philippines (UPI) -- A fraternity at Manila's Ateno Law School says it will pay a reward for information leading to an arrest in a grenade attack that injured 47 people. The blast in September occurred during a ceremony called "salubong" to greet law graduates who had just finished taking exams, Geo News reported.
