The Highland resto featuring line-caught seafood from both coasts is introducing hangover-killing brunches with three kinds of mimosas (the cranberry/ pomegranate syrup "Cape Cod", one with lemonade/ lavender syrup, and one with OJ/ agave syrup), and eats like the Niman Ranch Rib Eye Steak & Eggs w/ a potato pancake, and a fishcake/ poached eggs dish called the "Shack Benedict", probably because it's lying on top of an English crumpet.
