Blue Door is now Blue Door Fish, with new décor (blue/ silver color palette with metallic driftwood tables) and new French-Brazilian takes on swimmers like caramelized octopus w/ garlic & Dijon mustard; yellowfin tuna seared au poivre w/ truffled frites; and grilled red snapper in a tomato/ black olives/ capers/ anchovy sauce w/ bok choy & herbed chips, also the controversial lost episode in which an undercover Ponch gets in too deep.

The fancy new Heat roster means fancy new arena concessions from a classically-trained French chef, like tacos and burritos made with citrus braised pork shoulder; an Asian cart offering wraps made with pork belly braised in Asian broth; and from Top Chef Masters contestant Carmen Gonzalez, a pulled pork sandwich with rum BBQ sauce and mango slaw, and the Biscayne Dog topped with celery salt, tomatoes, and sport peppers -- an interesting moniker, considering there's only ONE Pepper Johnson, and he doesn't even play anymore.
