Located near Dekalb Farmers Market (and Pin Ups!), this Wisconsin-based chain's first Southeast satellite's filling you with hoagies that come gutted (i.e.: more meat-stuffable) and're named after characters from stories the founding bros' dad told them as kids. Order at the counter, then booth it to take down subs like the Peppadew mustard/ chicken/ cheddar "Spartan" w/ cherrywood-smoked bacon, the "Geeter" w/ chopped seafood, bacon & sprouts, or the buffalo chicken salad/ onions/ bleu cheese "Erupter"...uhh, hold on, these guys' dad used to tell them stories about some dude named Erupter?

There'll also be a vendors' market of steampunk arts/crafts, a photo booth, and Moldavian comedy sideshow troupe Thimblerig Circus, which you just know is worth shelling out your cash for.
