Sports Update For Indiana Sunday April 3, 2011 Baseball Basketball Golf Hockey Other Soccer Baseball MLB: Colorado 3, Arizona 1 DENVER (UPI) -- Jorge De La Rosa tossed 5 1/3 shutout innings Saturday, sparking the Colorado Rockies to a 3-1 victory over Arizona. De La Rosa (1-0) allowed three hits, fanned five and walked only one before leaving in the sixth inning because of a blister on his index finger. The hurler also knocked in a run with a single, and Chris Ianetta added two hits, an RBI and two runs scored for Colorado. Huston Street collected his first save of the season despite allowing a run on two hits in the ninth inning. Daniel Hudson (0-1) gave up three runs on six hits for the Diamondbacks. (UPI) -- Yani Tseng fired a 6-under-par 66 Saturday, coming from behind to take the lead after three rounds of the Kraft Nabisco Championship in California. Tseng, the world No. 1 and defending champion, finished the day with a two-shot lead at 12-under 204. She posted six birdies and no bogeys while charging back from three shots down to the start the third round. She is seeking her fourth major championship. Second-round leader Stacy Lewis was second after registering a 1-under 71 at Mission Hills Country Club. Alone in third at minus-8 was 2007 winner Morgan Pressel, who shot a 3-under 69. Michelle Wie carded a 69 to move into fourth at minus-7. (UPI) -- Devin Setoguchi scored the go-ahead goal late in the third period Saturday and the San Jose Sharks staved off Anaheim for a 4-2 victory. With Jason Blake off on a holding penalty, Joe Thornton created a screen in front of Ducks goalie Ray Emery and Setoguchi's blast from the right circle found the net, breaking a 2-2 tie with less than 6 minutes left. Patrick Marleau scored two goals (including an empty-netter) and assisted on a third, and Dany Heatley also tallied for the Sharks, who hold the second seed in the Western Conference. Antti Niemi turned aside 20-of-22 shots for the victory. Bobby Ryan and Lubomir Visnovsky scored for seventh-seeded Anaheim, which was seeking to clinch a playoff spot with a win. Visnovsky left the game after a third-period hit from San Jose's Douglas Murray and didn't return. Emery finished with 29 saves for the Ducks. (UPI) -- Khari Stephenson's score from 30 yards out in the 52nd minute Saturday salvaged a 2-2 tie for San Jose in a Major League Soccer match with Seattle. Stephenson blasted the ball past diving Sounders goalkeeper Kasey Keller into the top corner. The Sounders had taken the initial lead when Brad Evans took a feed from Mauro Rosales and powered the ball into the goal from the 6-yard box in the 17th minute. San Jose (1-1-1) tied it up in the 32nd minute when Simon Dawkins got the ball from Bobby Convey in the Seattle penalty area and touched it past Keller into the far post netting. Seattle (0-2-2) then made it 2-1 3 minutes before the break when O'Brien White made a diving header to direct the ball into the goal.
