The response from supporters like you has been overwhelming, and we've raised over $12,000 in the last week. We've set a new goal, which will allow us to reach more people with our campaign to end fracking. Can you chip in $10 today to help us reach $15,000 by the end of the day tomorrow?

Hydraulic fracturing is the dangerous practice of injecting millions of gallons of chemical-saturated water into natural gas wells to extract more gas. Unfortunately, it creates extremely toxic wastewater that can contaminate drinking water, literally allowing it to be set on fire. It can also cause other serious health and environmental problems.

We're launching a campaign to ban fracking. Will you join the 343 people that have already contributed to our effort to stop this dangerous practice by chipping in $10 today?

We're building the grassroots movement against fracking, working with people in their communities to pass local ordinances, as well as state and federal legislation. We were the first national group to call for a federal ban on fracking, and we've got boots on the ground in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Colorado and other states where fracking is threatening people's food, water and livelihoods.

With the generous support of over 300 donors we've beat our original goal of $10,000.  We'll be able to collect 40,000 petition signatures, pay for 100 seats on buses to rallies, distribute hundreds of action toolkits to help people pass local resolutions, and send our organizers to the communities that need our help. Can you chip in $10 to help us work with more communities who are trying to stop fracking?

If we can raise $15,000 we can:

►Distribute hundreds more action toolkits to folks like you who can gather support in their local community and work to pass local ordinances.

►Get an additional 100 seats on buses for our supporters to travel to rallies, lobby meetings and upcoming press conferences in the states that are most affected.

To launch this plan, we need to raise the money for this campaign by tomorrow. Can you contribute today?

$10 will allow us to send out 4 action toolkits.
$25 will allow us to get one person on the bus.
$50
will allow us gather 500 individual comments.
$100 will allow us to have face-to-face meetings in key communities.

Can you make a contribution to help stop fracking today?
