How To Enable Color Management In Google Chrome Posted: 03 May 2011 05:25 AM PDT Graphic designers, web-designers and photographers need to be very particular about the color profiles. Color management plays a crucial role in testing the rendering of colors on the web-page. In this regard browsers capability to manage the colors is pivotal. While Firefox provides the extensions and about:config tweaks for enabling color management, Google Chrome does not seem to provide color management as a feature. To enable the color management in Google Chrome, you need to add the switch to the Google Chrome launcher itself.
Note: Add the switch to Google Chrome launcher only if you are using a custom color profile on your display device. Read more about color management here. © Binary Turf. Also learn photography tips & get technical support. |
