Suckled Veal at our Markets in Princeton, Stockton, Lincoln Center and Union Square
We will be bringing plenty of our wonderful suckled veal...cutlets, chops, stew,
and ground...to our farmer's markets this week.
We also have a full range of cuts at the farm, including various roasts and stock
bones, in addition to more cutlets, chops, stew, and ground.
For our out of town friends, fear not. We are working feverishly to post inventory
on the website, so you'll be able to order in the next few days for shipment next
week.

Markets This Week
This week marks the opening of the Princeton Farmer's market, which is held weekly
on Thursdays at 55 Witherspoon Street, next to the Princeton Public Library. The

Visiting Bobolink--expanded hours, weekend tours
It's calving season: we've had 34 births so far, and there's many more to come!
The little cuties are now frolicking on the newly-green pasture with their moms,
chomping down the wild garlic and clover.
Our farm store in Milford is in full swing, and will be open weekdays (except Tuesday)
12-6 and Saturday and Sunday 9-5.
We have scheduled tours for Saturday and Sunday at 11 this week--see website to
