Taqua Takes IP Peering to New Heights

In the March issue of NGN magazine, Paula Bernier noted that Taqua (News - Alert), which has built its brand selling Class 5 replacement switching solutions to Tier 2 and 3 operators, is “taking its T7000 Intelligent Switching Solution in new directions.”


Taqua has delivered further evidence to support that claim, launching a new high capacity multimedia peering application following the GSMA’s IPX model. At the heart of the new IPX solution is Taqua’s next generation T7000, which combines all IP traffic – voice, video, and data – onto a common infrastructure.
