While web conferencing has become a must-have for big corporations as a means to cut travel costs while preserving personal service, smaller businesses have often been shut out from reaping these benefits and efficiencies due to the price point of video.



Tom Racca, president and CEO of BurstPoint Networks, will be on hand at Interop 2011 to take part in a panel discussion on the future of telepresence, the company announced on Tuesday.
