Bobolink will not be coming to Princeton Farmer's Market today
Due to an unresolved dispute with the sponsors, we will not be selling at today's
market at the Princeton Library. If you are in the area, we hope that you'll swing
by the market anyway, and support the other farmers there!
We are open at the farm from 12-6 today, and all weekdays except Tuesday. Weekend
hours are 9-5, with a guided tour at 11 AM on weekend days.

Our farm store in Milford is in full swing, and will be open weekdays (except Tuesday)
12-6 and Saturday and Sunday 9-5.
We have scheduled tours for Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day) at 11 this

At the farm you can sample and buy our cheeses, breads, meats, and some other fine
farm products from the region, including pastured chickens and eggs, cured duck
charcuterie from Hudson Valley Foie Gras, the very best honey from our neighbors
Bea & Jean-Claude, and other goodies.
