BREAD SALE!
Our farm store in Milford will be open tomorrow from 9 am to 5 pm, with a guided

We're having a bread sale tomorrow: buy any loaf and get a second loaf of the same
bread for free! Our breads freeze well (slice before freezing), so this is a chance
to stock up!
At the farm you can sample and buy our cheeses, breads, meats, and some other fine
farm products from the region, including pastured chickens and eggs, cured duck
charcuterie from Hudson Valley Foie Gras, the very best honey from our neighbors
Bea & Jean-Claude, and other goodies.

Beef at the Farm right now!
We still have some of our 100% ground beef: it is dark crimson, with just enough
fat to make a mean burger.
I recommend using our ciabatti as burger rolls: cut a ciabatta into thirds for 8
oz burgers, or fourths for 6 oz burgers. The roasted garlic and duckfat ciabatta
is my first choice, although the olive-onion is a close second. Or, our rosemary
epi can be pulled apart into leaves for slider rolls. (Note: bread sale tomorrow--see
above!)
A slice of our cheddar and some duck bacon, a little raw onion, and you're in burger
heaven!
While you're here, you can try and buy (if you get here early) some of our rare-as-hen's-teeth
Spring Cheeses.
