Greetings ,

Jason Finnegan 2011

Jason Finnegan 2011

With only a minimal amount of effort, Detective Armstrong and I found Jason Finnegan living right here in Oxford. We invited him in for an interview so we could see if we could learn anything more about whether he was involved in Kevin Gilmore's death.

When we asked him whether he and Kevin were friends, Jason said,

Jason Finnegan: All right. We didn't particularly get along. But, you know, I told you people all this before. It's not like we became friends since then, him being dead.

We also talked one-on-one to Rhonda Pendergrass. Other YCSD personnel have talked to her before, both recently and in 1987, but since she worked with Kevin and now owns The Juke Joint, we thought she might have more to tell us.

After we spoke with Rhonda, we thought it might also be interesting to talk to her ex-husband, JT Pendergrass. They were still married back in 1987 and we wondered whether he might remember anything relevant from back then.
