The gastropub's 2nd spot opens Thursday, offering a wall of vino (the first location actually won Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence), and, to eat, everything from a brioche sandwich of tartar-topped lobster 'n crab, to Wagyu beef carpaccio, to steak au poivre in a sauce co-created by Leon Phelps and Willie Beamen: Courvoisier cream.

With its original location in Allen, TB's penetrating deeper into the Metroplex with Asian fusion for your consumption, tossing Thai spices into noodle dishes like lo mein and Singapore...noodles, tweaked stalwarts including orange, sesame, or teriyaki chicken, and soups like wonton, hot 'n sour, and egg drop. They also offer purely Thai classics like Panang curry, seaweed salad, and, for those interested in completely nullifying any beneficial effects of antioxidants, green tea ice cream.

Centre's just brought in ONLY's capital lineup that runs from tanks (red sharks on navy, black ones on grey) to 10 different snapbacks with various logo designs plus a couple of Aztec numbers, which obviously weren't good, since they discontinued the Aztec.

The seafood joint's netted a slew of new offerings, including seabass, the Field and Stream (rib eye w/ shrimp, scallops, or crab cake), and apps like a wasabi-aioli-drizzled crab, ahi, avo, and salmon sushi stack called The Tower -- if you need a new schtick, order two of those, then make your wife so angry she cuts off your penis, and you can hilariously ask people to call you "John Hobbit".
