Interactive Intelligence, provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has opened new offices in Johannesburg, South Africa in an effort to expand its contact center business on the continent.



By deploying the Interactive Intelligence (ININ) all-in-one IP communications software solution from Customer Interaction Center (CIC), Blinds.com, online provider of custom window treatments, has reported an increase in its sales revenue. The company decided to deploy CIC's communication software solution because it has been developed on a single-platform software structure.



Integration with Tactile CRM has been released by LiveChat. Chat transcripts can be now directly saved by customers to the appropriate contact in Tactile CRM. An announcement in this regard has been made by the top online CRM system for small business, Tactile CRM.



NewVoiceMedia, a global provider of enterprise class contact centers delivered via the cloud model, announced QlikTech, a provider of user-driven Business Intelligence, implemented NewVoiceMedia ContactWorld for Salesforce.
