Sitting signless on a now car-free hunk of SW Ankeny St, downtown's Central has ditched its crepe-y past to pair their classic highballs with a small-plate menu that runs "cold" and "hot", with the former repped by steak tartare and a plate of Black Mission figs, frisee & prosciutto, and the latter warming you with the likes of potato gnocchi with lobster, and grilled summer squash with squash blossoms, which makes Joey Lawrence jealous, as he never got to have Six with her. Whoa!
