Sangoma will add VegaStream’s business operations and also welcome its staff, which comprises mostly of R&D and sales and marketing personnel. In addition, Sangoma will integrate VegaStream’s products into its portfolio, which boasts a reputation for efficiently and rapidly delivering supply chain management and orders to customers. "VegaStream has some truly great products, people, customers and distributors,” said Bill Wignall, president and CEO of Sangoma, in a statement. "As the IP communications market evolves, Sangoma is re-inventing itself in order to become a significant player in more segments within that market.
