Our users want a business phone system they don’t have to pay a lot of money for, and has all the features they want.” He added, “They don’t care whether you call it cloud or internet phone system. Some of them don’t even like the idea of VoIP. They prefer ‘virtual phone system’ as a term rather than ‘hosted phone system.’” VirtualPBX, which has been in the hosted phone systems space since before VoIP was really off the ground, takes a somewhat unique view of applying the cloud concept to voice communications...
