Warby Parker at Bows+Arrows

Everyone knows finding cool glasses isn't easy (they all look so blurry!), so check out Warby Parker: a New York concern now hawking shockingly cheap, vintage-inspired spectacles & shades out of their first TX showroom, tucked inside Bows+Arrows, who had to pull a lot of strings to get them here.
Each frame is only 95 smackeroos (that includes lenses and a 2nd pair donated to the needy), with styles like the soft-angled Winston, whose frame fades from dark brown/black to translucent; the Clark Kent-ish Huxley in revolver black, Tennessee whiskey, and sandalwood matte; and the circular, 1930s-style Begley in midnight blue, greystone, or whiskey tortoise, which could explain his slowness, and inability to get back up when on his back.
They're also flooding the city with an array of polarized sun-specs, from Buddy Holly-esque Thatchers, to aviator-shaped Griffins, to notched-bridge Jaspers in marbled colors like Marine Slate, also an online magazine that keeps track of the shifting political tides.
To celebrate their arrival, Warby's throwing a bash tonight with plenty of Tito's, eats from Contigo, and tunes DJ'd by the dudes from White Denim -- find a guest whose blurry vision has yet to be corrected, and she just might pull the strings of your D.
