Crow Thief
Because seagull thieves are much more malicious
Open Thurs-Sun: 3009 Grape St; South Park; 619.961.6210

From an Institute-educated lady and her husband, who requires specially tailored shirts because his shoulders are just that massive, CT's a brand-new retail/ custom-wear shop utilizing a continuously changing array of fabrics and patterns (painstakingly perfected over 2yrs!) to construct small-batch clothing lines and custom jobs for dudes whose bodies don't fit into modern society's ridiculous image of perfection but still list their body types as "athletic/lean" on Match.com normal shirts.

Because body measurements are nobody's bizness, the shop is closed to passerby for all custom appointments, which start off with a trepidation-reducing explanation of the process followed by a ~1hr sizing session and selection of fabrics/ metal buttons to be used, all resulting in a reusable pattern that'll even factor your profession and lifestyle into the fit of each piece, so expect Philip Rivers' threads to be super high-strung.

For those who fear a tailor's touch, the racks'll be stocked with limited-run (1-6 of each) ready-to-wear pieces like heavy-weave dark blue denim button-downs with a dark-brown lambskin back yolk/ button placket/ sleeve placket/ cuffs, cotton canvas blazers with black trim, and 100% wool blue/ green/ brown plaid numbers with brown leather cuffs and wings, which you could also just buy separately in the eighth season box set featuring commentary from Tony Shalhoub and that chick with all the hair.

In the not-too-distant future, they're expanding their wares with new shirt styles and lightweight jackets for our lightweight winters, offering deals with local dry cleaners to hook up loyal customers, and holding an open-to-the-public, cocktail-laden grand-opening party on the 15th, with live screenprinting and apps from Alchemy specially tailored to fit into the ever-increasing expanse that is your stomach.
