Dear USO Supporter --
There are only 5 days left in the USO's Veterans Day campaign and I'm honored to be a part of this all-out push to reach the goal of raising $1 million dollars before midnight on Veterans Day. I know how much good your support of the USO does for our troops -- in fact, I see it every day as a duty manager in a USO center in Afghanistan.
When we reach our goal, we'll be able to get a new center in Bagram, Afghanistan up and running and to provide comforts of home to our troops all around the world.
That's why I am asking you to help us by sending $10 or more to the USO before the Friday, Veterans Day deadline.
Right now, I am working in one of the centers in Bagram, Afghanistan but have also been with the USO at Camp Virginia in Kuwait and Joint Base Balad in Iraq.
Everyday, our USO centers deliver the comfort and support you provide for our troops -- free phone calls home to love ones, the chance to connect on Facebook or email, time to relax with their favorite movies and open a care package that just arrived.
This new center will mean so much to our troops who sacrifice every day for us. I hope you will reach deep and give generously for all they do.
