Healthcare organizations across the spectrum face the challenge of adopting business solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce spending, and create faster time-to-revenue - all while improving the quality of care for patients. Implementing an integrated notifications system increases productivity and improves efficiency - while placing a greater emphasis on the patient experience. By utilizing multi-modal, event-triggered SMS, voice and email notifications, you can proactively communicate with your patients, partners, and other stakeholders at any time throughout the care cycle. These automated communication paths drive information distribution at the appropriate times, using the recipients' preferred method of communication, and eliminates the cost of maintaining disparate, manual systems. This webinar will demonstrate how EasyLink Notifications Service provides a range of medical practices (hospitals, clinical research, blood banks, pharmacies, home care, and others) with cloud-based, proactive notifications strategies. Presenters will use real use case studies that highlight how healthcare companies have improved retention, growth, and profitability by placing a greater focus on the patient experience with automated communications.
