Good morning Andrew,
Looking across the Atlantic we find the metals complex trading quiet albiet a shade lower....Early reports indicate year end position squaring in an environment of limited participation for the lackluster trading.....Silver sits at $28.72 off 9 cents.....Gold is $1591.00 down $3.00.....Palladium is $6.00 lower at $662.00......Platinum is down $18.00 at $1420.00....In currency trading the Euro is trading unchanged at $1.3067....The lack of movement is surprising considering a well received Italian bond auction....Euro-zone stocks are higher by about .5%.....Over in the energy markets Crude Oil is 36 cents lower on a wave of profit taking in advance of today's Weekly Oil Inventories.....Last of Oil $100.98 per barrel......As for the domestic stock market; the Dow is being indicated to open 27 points higher; following the mild euro-zone advance.....That's it....I'll be back in the afternoon with a wrap up....
