WhisperFromWallStreet Alert

Although WhisperfromWallStreet does its best to bring you accurate
information you should always assume that everything in this
newsletter is incorrect until you verify for yourself.

Hello All,

I don't know if you follow sports, but if you do, you probably
already know its Jimmy V week.

Jim Valvano was a successful college basketball coach who died of
cancer in 1993 but not before starting one of the largest
foundations for cancer research (The Jimmy V Foundation) and
delivering one of the most heartfelt and inspiring speeches I've
ever had the pleasure of watching.

If you haven't seen it here's a link to the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HuoVM9nm42E

What does this have to do with stocks? Not a whole lot, but I feel
it is a powerful message and thought it would be worth sharing
(make sure to watch until the end of the video because that's when
it really gets good).

One thing from his speech I want to focus on is when he says to
attack everything in life with ENTHUSIASM.

Trading is no different. Being mentally prepared is more than half
the battle. If your mind is not in the right spot you will make
mistakes and mistakes cost you money. Get excited. Get Prepared.
Get yourself in the right frame of mind and you will find trading
becomes much easier.

This is a topic we are going to dive into in upcoming newsletters
so stay tuned.

OK, on to mondays alert.

What do Harley Davidson, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha all
have in common?

First and formost is that they are all household names. Everyone
knows these companies.

Second, they built reputations and fortunes by selling people heart
thumping excitement.

We have a startup with excellent engineering and strong management
that feels they can do the same with their company.

Our alert for Monday is US Highland, Inc., UHLN, and the stock
closed Friday at 42 cents.

Please begin your research here: http://www.ushighland.com/ and
here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=UHLN.PK&ql=0

Here's some information to get you started:

UHLN develops and manufactures motorcycles, motocross bikes and
ATVs.

UHLN is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words and it is here for
sure. http://www.ushighland.com/PhotoRuffle.swf

Now some of you may not be excited about engines, power,
transmissions or speed but let me assure you many people are.

I, for one was bitten by the motocross bug and it was only a couple
years ago you could find me ripping around tracks, navigating the
whoop sections, and hitting 50 feet doubles.

I still have a trailer full of equipment, but even I had to realize
that broken bones take longer and longer to heal the older we get.
After a compression fracture in my back, broken ribs, and a crushed
leg in my 40s I figured it was time to call it a day. (well, my
wife may have been pretty instrumental in getting me to come to
this conclusion)

For those that ride, power and speed become an obsession.

Thats why the performance motorsports is a billion dollar industry.

Well it looks like UHLN has a lot to offer those looking for speed
and excitement.

UHLN has remarkable V twin engines as well as single piston engines
ranging from 350 cc to 950 cc and have a 1050 cc in development.

UHLN power plants provide unparalleled power for the weight. When
it comes to more speed, engineers are always trying to reduce wight
increase power.

UHLN engineers have also developed the most versatile transmission
in the field. This transmission is adjustable to the riders style
and the conditions of the day.

UHLN is moving in the right direction to earn a share of this
industry with their excellent products.

In addition to engineering expertise it also takes the right CEO to
lead a company forward.

UHLN's new CEO looks like he may be the guy to get this done. He
has manufacturing expertise from his days at Harley Davidson where
he opened and managed the Kansas City plant. Later he went to
Indian Motorcycle and was eventually promoted to president.

UHLN is early stage but from a product and management stand point
it looks like great things are ahead.

Since bringing on its new CEO in October UHLN has been moving in
the right direction.

Barchart.com shows the following indicators in positive territory.

20 - 50 Day MACD Oscillator Buy
50 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
20 - 100 Day MACD Oscillator Buy
100 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
50 - 100 Day MACD Oscillator Buy

Many stocks stalled in November and UHLN was no different, but
since the the overall market went on a tear last week the OTC
markets usually follow.

UHLN has beautiful looking high performance power sports equipment
and the world is starting to take notice.

We may be looking at the next Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki or Honda.

One thing we do know for a fact is that more people will be looking
at UHLN and we all know what that means. More potential buyers.

Put UHLN on your watchlist immediately!

AS ALWAYS..............
Do your own research. Verify everything.
Do not use market orders to enter a position, use limit orders.
If a stock gaps up, dont chase it, look for pullbacks to enter.
