Have fun ignoring this go-to Mexican spot's sweeping city views whilst burying your face in their gorge-tastic queso fundido and chorizo, a deliciously cheesy combo of roasted sweet potato/ herbed Haystack Mountain goat cheese/ garlic pepian, which they say pairs nicely with the Fuego Verde cocktail (Corazon blanco, muddled jalapeno, agave).

The timber-themed Highlands spot is accenting its trees on the walls & wood paneling with an equally woodsmen-worthy filet de brie. The high-end cut is packed with fresh herbs and melted cheese and served over a crostini, all of which they suggest you wash down with the lime vodka/ ginger beer Moscow Muse, aka a band who sings Hysteria (In the Bread Lines).

The ever-popular, dimly-lit Parisian bistro's now making up for its bizarre, extraneous "t" by serving an ultra-heavy entree for two: a Hudson Valley duck leg confit maison, and an andouille-style pork belly/ shoulder house sausage, both of which're baked together in a heirloom white bean/ bacon ragout and served with wilted chard and kale.

It only makes sense to end a deathly calorific food tour at a former mortuary, so hit up Linger for a PB&J Cup, which playfully combines Reese's and a re-imagining of that 5th grade lunch bag staple, done up with Cabernet jelly coulis, candied peanuts, and bruleed bananas in a chocolatey shell.
