Dates	January 14 – 15^th, 2012
Facilities	Competitve Courts and Conditioning Center (C4) St. Louis, MO and Gametime (formerly Omni), St. Peters, MO
Divisions	Boys and Girls U8 – U18
Fees	$350 for affiliated teams. Additional $7.50 per player for non SFL-affiliated players
# of Games	3 game minimum
Awards	1^st and 2^nd place individual die cut medals
Qualifier	Champions and Finalist in each division receives bid Super F Champions Cup – National Futsal Tournament 2/17-2/20, 2012 Overland Park, KS
