Now posted up at the West Seattle Farmers' Market (but planning to start slinging online soon), the Southern transplants behind HB are mix(ing)-a-lot of local/organic flavors into buttermilk biscuits, like the Hempler's bacon/Beecher's/caramelized onion MacGregor, and one stuffed w/ Theo's chocolate, which he originally thought Rudy took until Lisa Bonet showed up with that other older daughter everyone forgets about, and Bill did his little dance in the kitchen after eating something Phylicia Rashad said not to, before Kenny came in and said something pithy and hilarious.

Smell Manly: Contact Caffeine Soap
Laced with water-soluble-so-it's-absorbed-through-your-skin caffeine, these locally produced soaps come in eye-openingly man-appropriate scents like the spicy anise-/black pepper-infused Absinthe, the smells-exactly-like-leather Aeronaut, and one called Sex Panther, which is a blend of stuff like citrus, balsam, vanilla, and Paul Rudd jokes no one ever overuses. EVER!

Presumably not named for what you'd have to call everyone else in The Roots after years of ?uestlove getting all the attention, this exposed brick- and metal-heavy spot boasts a custom smoker doling out serious "Q" like smoked pork belly, baby back ribs, and pulled pork sandwiches on custom pretzel buns from Tall Grass Bakery, while in back there's a bar pouring American whiskeys, bourbon, and craft brews.
There's more here, but not Dudley Moore, since that dude's dead… presumably from (embarrassment he was in) Foul Play.

Eat Even More: 1st Annual Local 360 Oyster Shindig
