Finally realizing that the suburbs are only for old people who collect riding mowers and swingers, this overtly rock 'n roll-inspired 'za chain has opened its first Seattle location inside the Maxwell Hotel. Go there to consume wood-fired pies (the shrimp/chicken/hot sausage/dry-aged pepperoni-topped Slow Ride w/ roasted peppers & Cajun cream sauce; the Bad to the Bone w/ pepperoni, peppered bacon & ham), and sandwiches (pulled pork; meatball), or swill one from their long list of "Rocktails".

Claiming to have cleared the admittedly low bar for "best Mexican food in Seattle" (suck it, Taco Bell on Broadway!), this Tex-Mex-ery is slinging traditional South-of-the-Border eats ranging from the chocolate sauce/queso fresco-topped Enchilada Poblanos, to their signature fried Chiles Rellenos.
D.I.Y.: BeerMixology
Aiming to be the information superhighway's sweetest source for beer-based cocktails, this Denver-based site includes swill suggestions from bartenders in Austin & San Francisco, as well as Seattle-based Rocky Yeh of Vessel, whose picks include The Lemonade Shandy, which he calls "a gentle hangover cure", though "not always quoting the Zach Galifianakis wolfpack line" is probably also a good start.
