Hi Everyone,

If we keep this up much longer we are going to have to start charging you guys a subscription fee pretty soon.

QUMI hit a high of 60 cents for a price gain of 20% today changing the total to 7 winners in a row.

QUMI closed above the 20ma, 40ma, and trend line which puts it squarely into bullish territory. If you still own it, move your stops up to protect yourself and look for a logical exit area.

Congratulations to those that already booked the easy profits.

It appears the charts in the newsletters are a big hit. We are glad you like them. As they say "a picture's worth a thousand dollars... err words".  If you are reading the text only email, you should really check out the HTML version. Many readers have let us know the charts have really helped them put money in their pocket.

Speaking about money in your pocket, let's get to our alert for Tuesday.

You have made money with this stock in the past.

The company just issued strong news,
and
From a technical stand point it looks set up to pop.

So on to the next winner!

Because you have all seen this before, I am going to keep this short and sweet.

Our alert for Tuesday is Lone Star Gold Inc., LSTG, and the stock
closed Monday at 47 cents.

Please begin your research here:http://www.LoneStarGold.com and
here:http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=LSTG.OB&ql=0

LSTG is a gold exploration company with potential reserves of gold and silver valued in the
Map of LSTG's Operations
billions. Their La Candelaria project in northern Mexico could contain up to 10.3 million ounces of gold and 215.7 million ounces of silver.

LSTG came out with news today. If you read it, you will see they have drilled test holes that contained gold and silver. That's a positive. It goes on to say that they are planning on drilling additional deep core holes.

By March 11th, they expect to have all the results of both the shallow and deep core test holes.

That could lead to more positive news!!

LSTG issued some great news last week as well !!

LSTG cancelled 25% of their outstanding shares !!

This is good news because if prices are based on supply and demand and there is now 25% less supply then the potential for the price gains is that much greater.

Now here is what I get excited about: the chart.

LSTG looks like it is perfectly set up to rebound from these levels.

LSTG has three long bottoming tails on the daily chart which tells us the stock really doesnt like being down here.

LSTG closed even Monday for the first time in five days.

This tells us that momentum in the battle between the buyers and sellers has now shifted to the buyers.

LSTG has a history of making real nice bounces from oversold conditions.

LSTG looks ready to bounce here.

As always, do your own research, don't chase gaps, use limit orders to enter positions, always use stop loss orders to protect your position, and take profits when you are in a position to do so.

Get ready to book your profits with LSTG.

Good Trading,

Mark
