Pricing works reverse-auction-style, allowing you to suggest what you'd like to pay, then take bids from fully vetted suitors hopefully willing to undercut each other for the privilege of doing your dirty work, which is exactly how Norm MacDonald landed a role in a feature film.
Among the things you can't or won't do that their users can and will are cooking, grocery shopping, fixing computers, photography, home repair, event help, and even conducting research -- extremely valuable for shaving minutes off your 183 commute.
