Special Seasonal Cheeses --going fast

Late Season Jean-Louis
Gooey and crumbly, this Jean-Louis is crumbly on the inside and creamy on the
outside. It is a bit messy, so those who like pretty cheeses might want to skip
this one.
Late-Season Drumm
There are still a few wheels of this left--like the late-season Jean-Louis, this
special bath of Drumm is softer and edgier than the rest of the season's production,
and does really, really well with a good Belgian ale or a bold red wine. I'll bring
some to both DBAs this afternoon, to sample with our sour rye mini-baguettes.

It is not too late to order bread, cheese and meat for pickup later today at DBA
Manhattan or DBA Brooklyn. We have extended the order deadline til noon today.
I'll be bringing some of our new sour rye mini-baguettes for sampling, as well
as some late-season ugly cheeses to share.
Please indicate on your order the approximate time that you expect to come by to
pick up your order, to help us make an efficient plan.

4-7 PM, at either DBA Manhattan, First Ave between 2nd and 3rd, or DBA Williamsburg,
on North 7th between Berry & Wyethe.
