Good News: Ignite's New Brunch and Rooftop

Now open for brunch (with hangover busters like a 1.5in-thick pancake that takes up the entire skillet), the Coors Field resto that cooks their menu in a 700-degree wood-fired oven wants to warm you up on a new 70-seat roof deck boasting skyline views and a full bar serving their "early evening cocktails", all of which seems like a pretty solid pitch, not that fans of last season's Rockies would recognize one.

Coffee Too: Tea Bar

Mile High's only caffeine pit stop that's basically inside a mechanic shop (the eco-friendly Green Garage), TB sources tea from their own organic garden in Bangladesh, then plops it in hot drinks like a rooibos/ steamed milk/ honey joint. If tea killed your family or something, there's also coffee from a quarterly changing roster of roasters like Novo, and coffee creations like the caramel/ chocolate/ praline/ steamed milk Turtle, though there's sadly no drink with E in it.

The cozy Highland cafe well-known for its gelato expanded into "modern Italian-inspired" eats like housemade pasta/ broccoli rabe/ sausage/ cannellini beans, and lunchtime sammies including the marinated flank steak/ Stracchino/ chimichurri "Italians in Argentina", the rosemary ham/ Fontina "Fra Mani" panino, and the pork meatball-stuffed "Tender Bellies", also the name of an upcoming Channing Tatum/Rachel McAdams romance where they're both slightly fat.
