This was sent to me by a fellow Lineman and I felt it needed to be shared with everyone. In light of the recent storms that have been pounding the mid west, I wanted to share an app that was produced by my wife's company (Emergency Communications Network). It's called "Code Red". It sends out emergency alerts about approaching weather amongst other types of emergencies. It's a great tool for the "weather nut" lineman. Available for iPhone only right now. The app for android is still being tested & should be available in less than 2 weeks. Check it out, it's free!
