Cloud Microphones Cloud 44 Limited Edition Chrome Ribbon Mic

After falling in love with the original Cloud JRS-34 ribbon mic (designed by
Stephen Sank and Rodger Cloud) we compared it with an original, museum quality
RCA 44 original and thought "hmm...wonder what some tweaking might do"
to bring another flavor to cater to the 44 sound.
We bounced ideas off Rodger and he bounced off us, we mailed some mics
back and forth and ended up with a modified ribbon magnet structure and custom
tension to deliver that smoother top and FATTER, WIDER bottom end response.
The all chrome finish was just the icing on the cake.
Whether you want larger than life vocals, a smooth guitar cab sound,
or making a drum kit shake the room during playback...it delivers.
