iPad 3 Accessories Designed to Prevent Overheating


Tablets are the latest craze, with industry professionals expecting the device will almost completely replace laptops and PCs by 2013. The launch of the latest tablet, the iPad 3, was one of the most anticipated events of 2012, but many users have found the product can overheat if plugged in for too long. Some users experienced overheating of the device over 115 degrees Fahrenheit. The extreme temperature can cause second degree burns if on the skin for too long as well as low sperm count in men.


One solution is to use a tablet holder, which creates a buffer between the device and skin. Amanda Crawford Designs launched a line of holders to specifically fit the iPad 3.


Though the tablet is reputed with overheating, Myrna Alphern of Amanda Crawford Designs suggests it isn’t the only tablet to do so. The problem “is a rather common issue with most tablets available on the market today,” she said in a press release... Read More
