Cheeses this week
Bobolink now has limited quantities of our early season 2012 Amram and Baudolino
for sale. We are sending small rations of these cheeses to each market, and will
also have some for sale at the farm. Shop Early!
We also have our 18 month old cheddar, Herdsman, Lima's pastured chicken, cured
duck products from Michael Ginor, and other goodies!

We have sausages made from our spring pigs: sweet Italian and breakfast-style sage,
as well as spare ribs, baby back ribs, and trotters.
Suckled Spring Veal:
We also have veal chops, cutlets, stew, and ground veal for sale The chops are
small, rich and perfect for the BBQ, as are the sausages.
