Using Live Chat to Immediately Engage Website Visitors


While driving traffic to your website may be a major part of your problem, converting those visitors into potential customers or future business prospects can be equally challenging. Hence, businesses are adopting strategies like live chat to engage those visitors so that they can be converted to revenue generating customers.


To address this issue, BoldChat’s Director of Marketing Ross Haskell recently presented a webinar titled “5 Ways to Immediately Engage Website Visitors.” In this webinar, he explores five simple, yet powerful ways to drive engagements, sales, and high satisfaction.
