The chef may be busy prepping for the opening of his new Thai spot, but that hasn't stopped the lauded resto from unveiling numbers like tacos loaded with crispy pork shoulder, fermented black beans, tomatillo-avocado salsa, mixed radish & queso cotija, and a citrus-rubbed half rotisserie chicken smothered in a three-day mole that packs an astounding punch for only consisting of 6.02x10^23 carbon atoms.
