Not So Fast!
You're going to want to eat this stuff slow

619.924.9244

If you think Not So Fast just describes the Chargers' running backs ever since Darren Sproles went to the Saints, you're right -- dudes are mad slow. But it also describes the newest food truck hitting SD from two resto industry vets obsessed with the "Primal Blueprint" lifestyle, which is about being mostly dairy- and gluten-free, but not in a way that makes you want to stop reading (don't do it!), once you see they've got:

Sandwiches: Crush a variety of fistables like a grass-fed burger topped w/ bacon aioli, an even more badass bison one with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese & red wine-caramelized onions, or the free range chicken/fried egg/bacon/jalapeno pico Which Came First -- no longer just something you ask your friends while watching Emmanuelle in Space.

Plates: Yeah, okay they do have a salad with blueberry lemon balsamic dressing, and fish tacos with coconut tortillas, but you should be ordering the Meaty Cakes -- two turkey meatloaf "muffins" stuffed with garlic, onion, pepper, zucchini & squash, and topped with "Primal Ketchup Icing", the likes of which haven't been seen since NHL '94 stopped making players' heads bleed.

Desserts: Soon they'll be rocking dairy-free banana fudgesicles, but for now you'll just have to make do with brownie bombs, and the unexplained "Mac Attack", which might actually be a novel thought for the Chargers, even if Cleveland RB Kevin Mack retired, like, 20yrs ago.
