Seattle's Newest Food Truck & Its ONLY Food Boat

They're On A Boat!: Summer Dog
Started by two Ethan Stowell vets, Seattle's first waterborne food "truck" is a Summertime-only operation serving grilled "street meat" (classic beef hot dogs, pork hot links, bratwurst, etc.) on Lake Union/Lake Washington to an array of traffic that includes kayaks, pleasure craft, and "rescue tugs", also a technique that, if administered by Wendy Peffercorn, would totally make drowning worth it.
These folks are usually chillin' at one of the buoys near the UW Waterfront Rec Center or the Arboretum, but to be sure hit the Fbook

Opened in the former Ballard Ave Pub space by a pair of the boozer's regulars, BSPH's updated the drinking area by taking out some of the bar games, exposing the original brick walls, adding a small selection of snacks (truffled popcorn, a meat & cheese board), and hiring a pair of Belltown bar-vets to mix custom 'tails like their silver rum/lime/jalapeno/habanero Hot Shots, of which you'll probably want to Part-ake of Deux.
