Channel partners of Alpheus include CSG Affiliates and RealCom Solutions out of Dallas, and consultIP and Simplified Communications Group in Houston. Alpheus also took this opportunity to mention that CSG Affiliates recently closed a deal to provide 1gbps data center connectivity, Internet access and private line to a firm in the financial services vertical.  “As an agent, I look very closely at a carrier’s customer service because it’s important that any customer issues are resolved quickly so that I have time to run and grow my business instead of getting bogged down in service issues. Alpheus provides very good customer service,” says Dale Stewart, president and CEO of CSG Affiliates.  “We partnered with Alpheus because they are a very strong carrier in Texas where there is a high demand for heavier bandwidth and Ethernet services. You reach these buildings with fiber, and Alpheus has a great fiber network...
